Supporting Autism Together: A Weekend Away for a Worthy Cause

At GE Groundworks, we are committed to supporting charities that make a meaningful difference in the lives of families across the North of England. One such organisation is Autism Together, a charity dedicated to providing support, services, and advocacy for individuals with autism and their families.

As part of their 5th anniversary celebrations, Autism Together recently hosted the Autism Parents Together – Tees Valley Charity Ball, a fundraising event featuring an exciting auction of generously donated prizes. We were proud to contribute an overnight weekend stay for two at the prestigious Seaham Hall Hotel, including breakfast, as one of the auction prizes. This donation offered a luxurious retreat to the winning bidder while helping raise vital funds to support families affected by autism.

The Parents Ball serves both as a celebration and a crucial fundraiser, bringing together community members to raise awareness and secure financial support for essential programmes in care, education, and social opportunities.

We are honoured to support Autism Together and their mission, and we look forward to continuing to contribute to initiatives that strengthen and uplift our local communities.
